LIBERTAD PUBLIC MARKET IMPOSES PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19

BUTUAN CITY - Libertad public market implemented precautionary measures such as going through the thermal scanner and applying hand sanitizer before entering the market premises to combat the Coronavirus disease.
Market stalls are covered with cellophane to distance every store wherein buyers can't come in beyond the cover.
Many have agreed with the barangay captain to regulate all stores to close by 7:30 PM.
Consumers like Gemma Maquiling said she feels more secure going to market after the precautionary measures were conducted.
Meanwhile, the said barangay has planned additional measures such as a foot bath to protect themselves from the threat of COVID-19.
Menchi Diaz Rosario, Libertad barangay captain, also encourages the visitors of their barangay to follow their guidelines.
