Cooking Buzz - Ginisang Ampalaya with Egg

Bitter Gourd Eating is our fuel to keep on existing on earth but for us to live longer, we should choose what we eat. Illnesses are just around the corner and for us to combat them, we need to boost our immune system by eating right. Ampalaya is just one of the many vegetables we need to munch on. It helps in maintaining blood sugar levels...


  • 1 whole Amapalay (Bitter Gourd)

  • 1/4 ground pork or adobo cut.

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbs Oyster Sauce

  • 1 cup of water

  • Egg 1 or 2 pcs.


  • Stir fry Onion and Garlic

  • Put ground pork

  • Add soy sauce

  • Add chop ampalaya

  • add Water

  • Oyster Sauce

  • Simmer for 15 mins


Again cooking food at home is the safest way to embrace the new "normal".
