4 WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED IN MANHUNT OPERATION IN BUTUAN CITY

BUTUAN CITY - 4 individuals are now facing different charges after being nabbed in a manhunt operation conducted by the police forces in Butuan City on March 2, Monday.

BCPO identifies the suspects as Louie Inojales Duterte (35 yrs. old), Cris Lopez Sarang (37 yrs. old), Merrycris Yandog Indac (26 yrs. old), and Marjorie Jalop Boaquina (34 yrs. old).

According to PLt. Abel Bulawan, the spokesperson in Butuan City Police Office (BCPO), Sarang and Indac are facing the case of Violation of SP Ordinance Number 894-92/2062-96 Section 31.07 or Driving without student permit.

Violation of SP Ordinance 4407-145598-18 or Smoking in public places is filed against Baoquina, while Duterte is facing the Violation of Republic Act 9262 or Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act of 2004 with a recommended bail amounting to P800,000.
