200+ POLICE WITH MEDICAL-RELATED COURSES TO SERVE AS QUICK RESPONSE TEAM FOR COVID-19 IN CARAGA
BUTUAN CITY - In the wake of the Coronavirus crisis, Police Regional Office (PRO) Caraga activated the Quick Response Team that constituted 279 police officers including registered nurses, radiation technologists, and psychologists to be on top at critical situations.
According to Police Captain Renel Serrano, the spokesperson of PRO 13, the said team will undergo training on health protocols such as Basic Life Support Training at the Regional Health Office.
(We will add them as the need arises for more health authorities.)
Meanwhile, the said agency reported that there are enough police with medical-related courses in the region.
